Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 9-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Additional Information

• ASAP starts needed.
• No more than 2 call-outs permitted during the contract.
• No NCNS (No Call No Show) occurrences or bonus eligibility will be forfeited.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption may be required.
• Must bring valid government-issued identification and wear a photo badge while on assignment.
