Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional or Customer Experience Trainer looking for a highly flexible schedule? Randstad is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to facilitate non-technical, high-impact soft skills training for Field Service Technicians. This unique 1-year contract role offers a balanced 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule, making it ideal for seasoned L&D consultants or candidates seeking part-time flexibility while partnering with a premier global brand. Schedule: 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-on; must be flexible to accommodate different US time zones based on class schedules. Location: Remote (USA-based) Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive remote training sessions focused on customer care, communication, and de-escalation techniques.
- Facilitate 4 full-day virtual classes (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) plus 1 administrative day during active training weeks.
- Equip Field Service Technicians with interpersonal skills and conflict-resolution strategies for customer-facing environments.
- Manage classroom dynamics in a virtual setting, ensuring active participation and learning retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in corporate facilitation, soft skills instruction, or customer service coaching.
- Proven expertise in customer care best practices, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication training.
- Experience training technical, engineering, or field service personnel is highly preferred.
- Proven virtual classroom management and presentation skills.
- Flexible availability to accommodate different US time zones based on class schedules.
salary: $30 - $40 per hour
