Building Bright Futures! The Repair Technician supports the Brightstar Field Service team in providing in-house repair and maintenance services, managing inventory, and delivering equipment. They will be part of our award-winning lottery organization. This role is based in our West Greenwich, RI, location.
Performs a variety of duties related to the troubleshooting and repair of terminals down to the component level and boards, under general supervision.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $17,49-$25.50. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
