Job Description

Chick-fil-A Avalon Park is seeking a small number of exceptional college graduates who want to build a meaningful career in leadership.

This is a full-time, paid leadership development role designed to provide hands-on experience in restaurant operations, business management, team development, and organizational leadership. Participants will work closely with the Owner/Operator and senior leadership team while taking on increasing levels of responsibility over a minimum two-year commitment.

The long-term purpose of this role is to develop leaders who may be prepared to pursue future opportunities within the broader Chick-fil-A system, including Chick-fil-A corporate staff roles, the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program, future restaurant leadership, or a leadership role in a professional environment.

This program is intended to provide the experience, coaching, business exposure, and leadership foundation needed to become a strong future candidate.

What You Will Do

• Learn and perform each major area of restaurant operations
• Lead shifts and support daily execution
• Coach and develop Team Members and emerging leaders
• Own measurable business and operational results
• Participate in leadership meetings, planning, and performance reviews
• Complete structured leadership development assignments
• Lead projects that improve people, processes, and performance
• Receive regular coaching from the Owner/Operator and senior leaders
• Build a documented record of leadership growth and business impact

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum two-year leadership commitment
• Strong interest in long-term leadership within the Chick-fil-A system
• High personal standards and strong follow-through
• Humility, initiative, and emotional maturity
• Willingness to receive direct coaching and accountability
• Ability to work full-time, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Desire to develop others, not simply manage tasks
• Comfort working in a demanding, fast-paced environment

This Role Is Not

• A traditional entry-level Team Member position
• A short-term job between other opportunities
• A leadership title without operational responsibility
