Waters Corporation seeks a Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee service spare parts planning, inventory management, and reverse logistics operations. The role encompasses product lifecycle planning, cost optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to maintain service levels while optimizing working capital.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and supply planning for service spare parts across global service network
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle planning for spare parts from introduction through end-of-service
• Own reverse logistics operations including return, processing, and redeployment of service inventory
• Identify and resolve service spare parts shortages and supply chain risks
• Drive cost savings initiatives and monitor program performance against targets

Requirements

• Supply chain planning and inventory management experience
• Proficiency with demand forecasting, planning systems, and analytical tools
• Experience managing reverse logistics and asset recovery operations
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Data analytics and performance metrics reporting experience
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and supply risk mitigation
