  • Adapt to new technologies, services, protocols, scheduling procedures, and operational systems as the clinic evolves.
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, leadership, hospitality teams, and other staff members to maintain efficient and consistent patient care.
  • Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned; remain prepared to transition smoothly between front desk and medical-assisting responsibilities based on daily clinic needs.

Qualifications

  • Current national Medical Assistant certification, such as CMA, RMA, or CCMA, or another credential approved by Wynn Resorts and clinic leadership; certification must remain active throughout employment.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Must be able to obtain a Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a comparable luxury healthcare environment; direct experience with both patient-access/front-office workflows and clinical support is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with patient scheduling, telephone management, check-in and check-out, payment processing, medical records, and clinical room support.
  • Strong proficiency with electronic medical record systems, scheduling software, point-of-sale platforms, Microsoft Office, and other clinic-management technologies.
  • Ability to rapidly develop comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s services and the Lancer Skincare product line, including approved product uses and their integration into provider-directed treatment plans.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and move gracefully between high-touch front desk responsibilities and clinical support duties.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; polished appearance, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail; consistent accuracy in scheduling, documentation, payment handling, patient communication, and clinical preparation.
  • Strong understanding of patient privacy, HIPAA requirements, infection-prevention standards, and the professional boundaries of the Medical Assistant role.
  • Ability to remain composed, discreet, and solutions-oriented when assisting high-profile or privacy-sensitive patients.
  • Commitment to embodying the core values, service expectations, and luxury hospitality standards of Wynn Resorts and Wynn/Encore Lancer Aesthetics Clinic.
