We are looking for a friendly and reliable interviewer to conduct interviews with candidates assigned by Closer.
Your main responsibility is to communicate with candidates, ask interview questions provided by our team, and share feedback after each interview.
* Conduct online interviews with assigned candidates.
* Communicate with candidates in clear, professional English.
* Create a friendly and comfortable interview environment.
* Follow our interview guidelines and ask the required questions.
* Provide feedback about each candidate after the interview.
* **Good English communication skills are mandatory.**
* A quiet, professional environment for conducting online interviews.
* A stable internet connection and a working microphone and camera.
* Friendly, patient, and professional communication.
* Ability to follow interview guidelines and complete assigned interviews on time.
* Previous interviewing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
